Description
In the south of Mahe in the Seychelles lies a hidden paradise — a secluded beach that embodies the breathtaking seascapes for which the Seychelles are renowned. It goes by the name Anse Petite Marie-Louise and can be reached via a 30-minute jungle hike.
As you set foot on the soft, powdery sands, the crystal-clear turquoise waters beckon you for a refreshing dip. The gentle waves lap against the shore, creating a soothing melody harmonizing with the gentle breeze rustling through the swaying palm trees.
This beach is already very tranquil during the daytime, as not too many visitors know of it. But if you head there in the dark before sunrise, you can be sure to have it for yourself. I went there to capture the photo for this photographic fineart print during the blue hour. The air was still fresh and cool at that time. Once the sun rose, this changed quickly.
In the video below, I captured some impressions from that morning.
