Description
Whisky Bay is a hidden gem at the coast of Australia’s Wilsons Promontory National Park. Massive granite rocks surround the white sand beach of the bay. During sunset, sand and rocks glow in golden colors.
I photographed the sunset at the bay twice during my visit to Wilsons Promontory Park in 2016. The first evening the sky was clear. The scenery still looked beautiful, but I wanted to see it under a glowing sky. So I returned the next day and was greeted by one of the best displays of light I have seen in years. It was pure bliss, and this photographic print will hopefully bring some of it into your home.
